We stand by the quality of our work. If you experience pest issues between your scheduled visits, we will return to your property for a follow-up service at no additional cost within 30 days of your last contracted visit.
Each bundle includes at least 4 additional service calls beyond your regularly scheduled maintenance.
If you require more than the allocated additional service calls provided in your bundle, any subsequent visits will cost a flat fee of $50.
We offer four tiers: Basic (exterior barrier), Plus (full interior/exterior + rodents), Elite (stinging insects + termite inspection), and Premium (monthly service + termite monitoring + mosquito/tick defense).
No, stinging insect coverage—including the removal of yellow jacket and hornet nests—is included in our Elite and Premium tiers.

Yes, we offer a Peak Session Bundle (March to October) for increased activity during warmer months.
The annual price covers ongoing maintenance. There may be additional charges for the initial service to address existing problems; we will provide a written quote for any such charges.
Safety is our top priority. We use EPA-approved products and application techniques designed to minimize risk. We typically recommend keeping children and pets off treated surfaces until they are completely dry (usually 30–60 minutes).
For exterior-only treatments, you do not need to be home as long as our technicians have access to your yard. If your plan includes interior service or you have a specific indoor concern, we will coordinate a time to meet you.
Yes. Most of our professional-grade products are water-resistant once dry. If heavy rain occurs immediately after an application before it has dried, our 30-Day Guarantee ensures we will return to retreat if the barrier is compromised.
To get the most out of your treatment, we recommend clearing clutter away from baseboards (for interior service) and moving toys or pet bowls away from the home’s exterior foundation.
It is common to see a temporary “flush” of activity immediately after service as pests are driven out of hiding. Most pests will be eliminated within 7–14 days, but if activity persists beyond 30 days, please call us for a follow-up.
